Cancellations
We offer a 12-hour grace period. You can cancel your order for a full refund as store credits/coupon with a lifetime validity within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the wood has not entered the final finishing stage.
Quality Guarantee
If your tool arrives with structural damage or manufacturing defects, we will replace it immediately. Please record a brief unboxing video to help us verify the damage during transit.
