Will the product I receive look exactly like the one in the photos?

Our designs are highly consistent in shape and balance, but because we work with natural wood, the wood grain and texture vary with every piece. No two Mudgars are identical; you are receiving a one-of-a-kind tool with a finish that only nature can provide.

What if I receive a broken or damaged product?

We take full responsibility for transit damage. If your product arrives broken, we will replace it free of charge.

IMPORTANT: To claim a replacement, you must record a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package and the damage. This video must be sent to us within 24 hours of delivery. Without the video, we cannot process the claim.

Can I return the product if I ordered the wrong weight?

Due to the heavy nature of the equipment and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns for "wrong weight ordered." We strongly recommend consulting our Weight Guide or speaking to our team before placing an order.

Do you ship internationally?

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. We accept all major online payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking, to ensure a seamless and contact-free delivery experience.

What type of wood do you use for your Mudgars and Gadas?

We use premium, seasoned Indian Siris wood. This hardwood is chosen for its density, durability, and ability to withstand the momentum of swinging exercises.
