1. Processing Time (How we prepare your order)
Unlike mass-produced factory items, our products are made to order or finished in small batches.
Why it takes time: Every Mudgar, Gada, and Club undergoes a meticulous process of Ayurvedic oiling and varnishing. This natural curing process takes time to ensure the wood is perfectly protected and durable.
Timeline: Please allow 2 to 14 working days for us to process and dispatch your order. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your equipment to the highest standard.
2. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Carriers: Domestic orders are shipped via registered domestic courier companies (Delhivery, Movin, BlueDart) or India Post.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
3. Delivery Timelines
Dispatch: As mentioned above, we will hand over your order to the courier within 0-10 days of your order confirmation (or by the specific date agreed upon at the time of purchase).
Transit Time: After dispatch, the actual delivery time depends on the courier company and your location.
Delays: While we always aim to ship on time, SatvaFit is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Factors like weather, strikes, or high volumes during festivals are out of our control.
4. Serviceable Areas & Remote Locations
We try to ship to every corner of India. However, heavy wooden equipment can sometimes be difficult to deliver to very remote locations.
Unserviceable Pin Codes: If our courier partners cannot deliver directly to your doorstep due to logistical issues, we may request that you collect your package from the nearest logistics hub.
Our Support: In such cases, we will contact you immediately and provide all the necessary details to ensure a smooth pickup experience.

Yes, we ship SatvaFit products globally! Since our wooden equipment is heavy, international shipping rates vary significantly based on the weight of the order and the destination country.
